Office Policies

We appreciate the opportunity to treat all of our clients. Though most of our clients come from the Hamilton area including Ancaster, Grimsby and Burlington, a large percentage come from out of town. All of our clients are extremely important to us therefore scheduling the appropriate times is necessary.


We require 48 hours notice of cancellation . Please ensure all of your current contact information is up to date. 

ALL MISSED (NO SHOWED)  APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A $75.00 FEE. There are a lot of procedures including valuable PPE that is necessary to have the room prepared especially for you, materials and our time are very valuable. Your scheduled time will be confirmed by telephone, mobile text or email prior to your appointment, we ask that you respond to our confirmation outreach.


We are happy to work with your insurances, however, please note that every policy is not the same and it is your responsibility to ensure your coverage. Your insurance benefits are between you and the insurance company. We can help you find this information once you have come into the office. We are a fee for service practice accepting debit/credit and e-tranfers.
